What is Naturopathic Medicine

Naturopathic medicine is a holistic approach to healthcare as it emphasizes addressing the root cause of health concerns or health goals. Naturopathic medicine focuses heavily on disease prevention and takes into consideration all aspects of a person’s health (physical, mental, emotional, lifestyle, environmental,  etc.). Our Naturopathic Doctors focus on optimizing health and wellness through natural therapies. Some treatment recommendations include: Nutrition/Lifestyle counselling, Herbal medicine, Supplementation (various vitamins/minerals/amino acids), and IV Therapy.
